Houston Personal Trainer is a certified personal trainer, and a certified rehabilitation specialist, certified by the American College of Integrative Medicine(ACIM). We are also certified in massage therapy, CPR, and first aid.

Post rehabilitation is the augmentation and implementation of fitness programs for those who are in special conditions or are recuperating from a serious physical injury. It is a highly useful service that we provide and may be even required by the physician, with specific requirements depending on the situation, if he/she deems it necessary.
